A long time

Dear readers,

Long time no see... How are you?

I've been too busy, hence the lack of updates. Well, I just wanted to show you I'm still alive.

Oh, prepare yourselves, because soon I'll be launching new blogs! For the time being this is only a little idea that may never be put into practice. We'll see. If I do launch new blogs, of course I'll let you all know.

Thank you for your visits, kind comments and continued support. :-)

The sunlight in all its glory. For some reason this photo looks almost supernatural IMHO.

This time I posted a picture of an unreal creature, instead of the usual nature shots.

Recommended stories and poems - 1

Here it is: my first list of recommended stories (including fanfics) and poems!

Many thanks to all of the authors who granted me their permission to link to their work. And special thanks to those who took the time to visit this blog and even to leave comments. :)

I invite you all to read the following (in no particular order):

She Would Wait, by Miyoku - Fanfiction (Naruto), General/Romance.

Our StarBoats, by Simi Landau - Poem, Fantasy/Adventure.

Freindly Competition, by Crazeediazee411 - Prose, Romance/Humour.

Headaches, by Fairybrat - Poem, General.

Doesn't He Understand?, by Jag Lady - Fanfiction (CSI: Miami), Hurt/Comfort/Angst.

Chances, by TessaStarDean - Fanfiction (CSI: New York), Romance/Friendship.

Hurt, by Katie - Fanfiction (Law and Order: SVU), General/Angst.

The next batch of recommended readings will be published within a few days. Why don't I publish everything at once? Because I want to give you all enough time to read the stories listed above before we proceed to the next ones.

Enjoy!

I love this type of photo: micro against macro.

(If you want to use this photo on your site, you must share alike.)

This one is amazing... Some parts of it don't even look like a photo, but rather like a drawing.

Writers, here I go

Today I won't post any photos. Instead, I'm going to write about my next move.

I love posting photos and you can be sure that I'll be posting many more of them here. All images will be either in the public domain or distributed under a Creative Commons license. That's my way to show my respect towards the artists.

Anyway, from now on I'd like to do something else. Besides promoting some wonderful photographers, I'd love to promote writers too.

I'm a writer and I know how important it is to have your stuff read. So I'm going to select lots of stories, poems and fanfics and contact their authors. I'll ask their permission to post links to their writings here. I hope some of them will give me their permission. Let's see.

Introducing a new blog

Hello everyone! As you can see, this is my brand new blog (not my first one, though).

And as the title suggests, here I'll write about general subjects. What are "general subjects" anyway? Well, almost all topics. I know it's too vague, but stay tunned and soon you'll understand what this place is going to be about.

See you soon!
